First, Before Noon

In order to get the freshest, less rushed-first look you can no longer subject yourself to the status quo that happens at Noon.  Think of it, noon is just like rush hour traffic -everyone's in a hurry, running over each other, scurrying to get there (in their minds) before everyone else does.  But how can you?  You're mentality has to be renewed to the reality of what happens at noon, and understanding that the earlier, the better, the fresher.  If you really pay attention you'll be there way before noon, let's say sometimes as early as 11am?  Ever done it? Ever been there, no lines, no crowds? Its the calm before the storm --of people. Hungry, almost salivating, with baited breaths to smell the aromas of whatever the cuisine mind hold for the day directed by your palette.  You probably guessed it, LUNCH! Yeah, its a precious commodity that feeds the body, nourishes the appetite and soothes the taste buds (that is assuming the cooks knew what they were doing before you got there).

I love to be first, before noon or there about. At least where I can see the steam coming off the smorgasbord of dishes (if it's a buffet), or freshly ordered, cooked and served with a smile.  You get the best service and attention from those who serve, take your order and welcome you into their bistro, cafe, restaurant or eating establishment.  The funny part about lunch? Watching what happens at between 12-1:00pm. The flurry of people, the hurds, the hustle, the bustle, the looks at the person in front of you that say ..."Could you hurry it up? I'm on my lunch break!" Depending on where you are and how good the food is, adds an entirely different dynamic to the one hour window of hungry disparates that are in front of you and behind you.  Not in all cases is this really the case, but trust me if the food is good...its going to be a convention. So my advice to you? Get there early and you'll understand why I do my utmost to get there first, before noon.
