I would love to go to Australia and I dream of going on an African Safari.
I have been fortunate to have done a bit of traveling. My favorite vacations have been two Wayfarer walks. The England coast to coast and the Ring of Kerry in Ireland. To be able to walk the land and meet the local people was just fabulous.

To be able to dream is beautiful. I hv dreamed of going to the mountains in Nepal, to walk on the streets in India, to preach in a house church in China, to ride on the bumpy road in Kalimantan into the interior of Indonesia... I hv done it all... there are more to go but keep dreaming and praying... you will be there one day :-) Lynda

I have been blessed to have two dads in my life. The Daddy I grew up with I am sad to say died back in 1999 when I was just about 48. I was an only child and very close with my dad. The last year of his life he lived with me and I took care of him until he died. He was a wonderful father and I miss him so much.
My other dad came into my life when I was 18 when my mom remarried. He has treated me like his own daughter and over the years I have come to love him too. (he will be 80 in Sept)
I think daughters and dads have very special bonds and I am so thankful to have this special bond with two dads. :-)

Oh I so agree with all you said. It is especially nice to have a good old belly laugh with a friend. I love it when babies laugh, you can't help but laugh along with them.
God has given us laughter and I think He wants us to enjoy life.
Laughter is a wonderful gift and one we should use daily. :-)

Giving yourself permission to fail - will allow you to take the faithfilled risks that God has ordained. I recommend reading the book:
In a Pit With A Lion on a Snowy Day - by Mark Batterson. I gave away 5 copies in March. I was very impressed by the book because I am in the midst of being a lion chaser myself - taking those risks to follow what God has put in front of me. Your title with the LION on top reminded me of the book. It is filled with TRUTH from God's Word and many examples of people who took those risks and beat the odds. Fears? We actually learn them - so we can UNlearn them when we set our minds and hearts in that direction.

I think so many people miss out on things in life just because they are afraid to try. If you try and fail at something so what at least you gave it a try. :-)
